Online Drop-in Meetings: Using Zoom Waiting Rooms

If you’d like to set up online drop-in meetings, like office hours, you can set this up using the Zoom waiting room.

If you’re new to Zoom you may want to visit the UoE quickstart guide to getting started with Zoom.

If you used your @ed.ac.uk email address to sign up for a Zoom account prior to the University’s Zoom service being available, please use these steps to migrate it to the new service. Accounts that use personal email addresses are unaffected.
